Condition of returned item: The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. All tags and markings must remain attached to the product.
Within the withdrawal period: The item must be returned within the withdrawal period, which begins on the day you received your order. Make sure you respect this deadline, as returns made outside this period will not be accepted.
Receipt and Verification: Once we receive the returned item, we will check that it meets our conditions. If everything is in order, we will refund the amount within 14 working days. Please note that we only refund the amount of the item, not the return shipping costs, unless there is an error on our part.
