We strive to deliver your package as quickly as possible, often faster than the estimated delivery time. By becoming a member, you can enjoy even faster delivery. Choosing products at the member rate allows for shorter delivery times compared to standard rate products.
We prioritize member orders by preparing them first, ensuring faster delivery compared to non-member orders. Your Lamonte orders will be delivered to your door via a selected carrier (private delivery) or to a collection point of your choice (non-private delivery). Members can expect a delivery time of 2 to 4 business days for items from our own inventory. Items from external inventory (remote warehouse) may require up to 14 business days for delivery.
If you choose a standard rate order, you can expect a delivery time of 25 to 30 business days. You can check the availability and location of your product on our website as well as in the order confirmation. If the item comes from external stock, this will be indicated on the right-hand side of the order confirmation.
For members, the first order is free (€0), while non-members will have to pay the delivery fee. Members will also have to pay for home delivery. However, delivery to a collection point is free for a member’s first order.
